CUSTOMERS THAT DO NOT LIVE NEAR REYNOLDS PLANTATION: Pence Heritage takes pride in the fact that anything we advertise in a sale will be there when the doors open.. That does not mean that we won't work with people from other areas.
The procedure is as follows:
All customers that are in line when the doors open will be given an opportunity to enter the sale and make their selections. After a reasonable period of time (30-45 minutes) any items that we have are available to customers that are not on the premises. Please contact me by phone so that we can discuss what you are interested in and I will try to provide you prices and have you provide Pence Heritage with a credit card as security if you wish to purchase something. If those items are still for sale they will be pulled for you contingent upon you're having a credit card on file . There will be a 3% fee for processing the credit card and there is a 5% handling fee which includes packing of most items. You will be charged the cost of shipping.
If you would like to work with us in this manner please contact as soon as possible. I will not accept calls after 9:00 pm EST on Thursday, Dec. 19. After that, please email or text me.
